Use your fixed-hour bonuses within six months. They roll over between weeks and are used after your regular plan allowance.

A few rules to keep it fair
1. Share your own experience.
You must have used WorkMode. Contributions should be truthful, original, and written in your own words.
2. Keep recommendations public and relevant.
The 2-hour recommendation bonus applies only to publicly accessible posts or comments. Private-group sharing is eligible only through the existing referral program. Follow the platform's rules, the community's rules, and applicable advertising requirements. Repeated copy-and-paste posts, unsolicited bulk messages, and posts removed for breaking community rules do not qualify.
3. Stay within the limits.
Each person can earn the 2-hour recommendation bonus four times per calendar month in different public discussions, across all platforms combined. The 4-hour WorkMode testimonial bonus and the 8-hour customer-story bonus are available once each per person. A customer story must add detail beyond a short testimonial. Each contribution can earn only one contribution bonus. Eligible friend referrals can earn credit alongside these bonuses.
4. Agree to publication.
Testimonials and stories submitted directly to WorkMode require permission to share on our website or social channels. We will agree how you are identified and ask you to approve edits or a mini-interview before publication. Once your submission qualifies, your bonus does not depend on whether we publish it.
5. Use your bonus hours within six months.
The new fixed-hour bonuses expire six months after they are credited. They roll over between weeks and are used after your regular plan allowance. You can also use them without an active paid plan. They are for your own WorkMode sessions and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
6. Referral terms continue to apply.
The limits and six-month expiry above apply to the new contribution bonuses. Friend referrals remain governed by the existing referral program terms.
